MP 0.31 Win: Icons launched from browser - recent files

Hi again
Icon files (.ico and .icns) that are launched from the browser are not displaying in the 'Recent Files' entries, I'm sure of it. Image files I tested (jpg and png) launched from Browser show up fine in the 'recent files'.
Just open any icon in the Viewer from the mp Browser and check the 'recent files' entries. Bug may be related to this previously fixed bug here
If bug is evident, please fix.
