My RSS-bandit reports this:

Aktualisierung des Feed 'Software\XnView' fehlgeschlagen: Ungültiges Zeichen in der angegebenen Codierung. Zeile 17, Position 328.

That is not so easy, because here at home I use RSS-Feeds in Firefox 3.6 - and there are rather often "have no connection". But now (22:06) the most recent entry is the "Electronic sales spam" from 21:16 which seem to be OK.

I have RSS Bandit at office and can try on Monday.
