XnView Software

Sometimes after deleting file in view mode, XnView gets stuck in Infinite loop.

This is quite rare and hard to reproduce bug, but I think I got a way to reproduce it.

To reproduce:
As for preparation, you need to create new folder with three files in it, one image file and two empty files with .dat extension. Rename the files so that the image file is first in the folder. E.g. 1.jpg, 2.dat, 3.dat

Or use this ready to use zip file with all the files you need.

1. Make sure you have 'Display all image file types' enabled in XnView options.
2. Open the image file in the folder you created before.
3. While viewing the image delete the file in XnView with 'Delete' key.

Result: XnView hangs.

On my installation, the toolbar button for cmd_Delete is greyed out,
and pressing the Del key doesn't do anything

Also: The counter in the status bar says “4th of 4”
I've had this bug before, but I don't know yet how to reproduce it.

I got this too in the MP version, but cannot reproduce it.
