I like is in program have some levels or brightness filter that i need quick work.

In XnView there are various filters available. If you want to try some, then open an image and then select the menu Image->Adjust->Brightness/Contrast/Gamma/Balance for example.
So I am not quite sure what you mean: Do you need/want another filter? Or do you want a quicker way to access and apply the existing filters and effects?

That's i mean, many thank's this program suprise me all time!
