MP 0.34 Win: Thumbs scroll position persists between folders

To reproduce:
· Display the browser
· Display the folder tree
· Select a folder (with lots of files) in the folder tree
· Scroll to the bottom of the thumbs panel
· Select another folder (with lots of files) in the folder tree
· Observe that the scroll position in the thumb panel remains at bottom
IMO, MP should scroll to the top of the thumbs panel upon entering a folder.
