MP 0.34 Win: Options dialog clears preview/selected thumb

To reproduce:
· Show the browser
· Show the preview pane
· Switch to thumbs mode
· Navigate to a folder with images
· Select an image
· Observe the image in the preview pane
· Execute Tools->Settings
· Close the Settings dialog (not necessary to change anything)
· Observe thumbs and preview pane: image no longer selected/previewed
· Show the browser
· Show the preview pane
· Switch to thumbs mode
· Navigate to a folder with images
· Select an image
· Observe the image in the preview pane
· Execute Tools->Settings
