Histogram based on selection

In the new XnviewMP version a histogram can be shown.
I would like to be able to set the histogram-data based on the current -selection within an image.
Very often I want to look at this histogram-data only for a specific region.
Also a good addition would be to be able to set the histogram Y-axis to logarithmic vs. lineair.
These 2 options could also be an enabled or disabled in the settings-file.
