XNShell not working in Firefox or Thunderbird in Windows7x64

Mozilla Firefox and Mozilla Thunderbird both use new Windows 7 style dialog windows for opening and saving files (like save image, attach file, etc) but when you right-click in an image file in the window, all shell extensions appear except for XNshell.
I'm using Windows 7 x64 Ultimate, XNview 1.97.8, XNshell 2.9.0 (download page says 2.91, but I downloaded the x64 version and it is still 2.9.0), Firefox 3.6.13 and Thunderbird 3.1.7
