Xnview not displaying Caption information

I have just recently started using Xnview (Ver.1.97.8) and have encountered a problem which I desperately needed help please. The problem - I can't view the caption (or IPTC) for my photos saved in Tiff format. The captions for the photos were originally created on another computer using the same Xnview. When I viewed the same photos on this other computer, the caption is displayed. Can anyone help with my problem? Thanks.

Same version of XnView on the 2 computers?
You can't view caption where, tooltips? Thumbnail labels? Info?

Apparently an earlier version was dowloaded on the other computer (ver 1.97.6). I simply downloaded whichever version was available at the time. I can't view the caption when using the Xnview Browser. Not sure where else I can view caption (still a new user
).When I clicked on a picture, only the tabs Preview, Properties, Histogram and Categories are displayed. No EXIF, IPTC and XMP displayed.

How do I send picture to you in XnView? Do you have email I could send?
