Navigation thumbnail when zooming a region

On XnView MP 0.35 beta, when you open an image and zoom an area of it by selecting it with the mouse, there's no navigation thumbnail. I guess it should be present.
On a somewhat related note, on some images the navigation thumbnail seems to go outside of the window as shown in the next image.
