[Suggestion] High quality image scaling on browsing

Speed comes first, but how about some high quality image scaling on browsing, like in FastStone Image Viewer ?

We can use superior Lanczos scaling by default, options for disable it is also needed for people who don't like it or have very old PCs.
But it shouldn't happen when we for example add some AI like disabling this on some image, when image is rendering for too long (more than 1/2s maybe?, limit can be modified in options?).
Implanting "Auto-Off" feature for 'disabling filter temporarily for better performance when zooming or scrolling" will be nice.

Superior will be when other scalers which XnView support can be chosen in options

What do you guys think about it ?
