Categorization of images in batch

Hello,
I already posted this question in the French section of the Forum, but if that is easier for you to answer me in English, no problem (but sorry for my English).
I use XnView to produce inventory and categorization of all my digital scrapbooking elements, and therefore several thousands.
At this time, all my categories were created and tested using several examples of images.
My questions are these?
1. Given the large number of items that I have to categorize, is it possible to categorize by small batches for items respondents to the same categories?
2. If the batch categorization is possible, can it be repeated again without removing the categories already listed under the relevant elements (i.e. add categories to the existing ones)?
3. Can I print a list of our categories? (it would be useful when a lot!)
4. I know that if I move my personal folder, I lose my classification. But can we go to the file. INI (APPDATA in XnView) to rename the source directory to the new name? So, what are the warnings to consider? (I tried but without success.)
