XnConvert Setup package German

The German package need to be refreshed. It displays "Welcome to the XnView setup wizard" and so on ...
License agreement is in English.
Installed links to the XnConvert-homepage don't have an icon.
The "About" Info has some English strings, no German translator and the license-info of XnView.
