In most context menus, we have the menu item "Close", now. But in fullscreen mode it is missing. :bug:

What must make close in fullscreen?? Close in edit mode close the window, close in browser mode close the browser.

Close in Fullscreen will close the fullscreen. Currently you have something a checkbox "Fullscreen F11" in the context menu, but this not a good user interface design.

In RC5 this is not fixed. There's no menu item 'Close' in fullscreen.

It got even a bit worse: 'Close' is not available in View mode anymore, think it was in RC4.

Odd---

:) Hi !
- Odd, I have it in RC5 with the French new DLL, as well in “View mode" >> File menu, local menu (RMM), as in full screen local menu (RMM), and it works fine… ?

"Close" is there only if "Exit" is enabled :bugconfirmed: .

Also if we have "Fullscreen" in Fullscreen 'standard', it should be also in 'lite' I think.

Another minor idea:

Rename "Full screen ... F11" in FS 'standard' to "Fullscreen ... F11" - as in options, toolbar buttons...

Right, they come in pairs, now. Perhaps we rename the option (just joking, that's surely a bug).

Yes, "Fullscreen" always.

Not in dics.

:) Hello !
Rename "Full screen ... F11" in FS 'standard' to "Fullscreen
- Though that doesn't matter for me since I use XnView in French the most times, I'm not sure you be right :
• All similar words I found in my dictionaries (Harrap's and Oxford's) are built as full-something or full something, none as a single word…
• As for full( )(-)screen, it's nowhere to be found; hence, I guess it might be written as any simple noun and it's adjective, so full screen

8) Just my opinion…

Verified fixed in RC6.
