In Webpage dialog, one can press "Create" without specifying an output directory. Currently, creation starts and then displays an error message "Error creating file".

Instead a message box or hint should appear "Please specify an output directory".

In RC5 there is a validation for the output directory, but that is pretty buggy:

When opening the 'Create' button is greyed out. I've manually entered a valid path and nothing happend. (Bug1: Manually typed paths don't work anymore)

Then I've chosen a path using "..." and the 'Create' button became active.

Finally I've removed the path (button gets inactive) and again chose a path using the "...". 'Create' button was still greyed out. (Bug2).

Verified fixed in RC6.
