Where is Resize by 'Percent'?

Hi,
Where is Resize by 'Percent' and custom percent such as 25%,50%,75% and custom % etc

you can change pixels to percent...
Else i'll add percent size in presets

There seems to be a bug in this in v1.10... It's supposed to display '100' in each box yet it currently displays same value as what's in pixels.
Also it would be good if the "%" character was displayed inside the input boxes for both XnConvert and MP.
