[1.98b3] WebP format autodetection doesn't work

NC585 -info BLAHPNG.XXX OK
NC585 -info BLAHJP2.XXX (plugin) OK (but see other thread about decoding)
NC585 -info BLAHWEBP.WEP OK
NC585 -info BLAHWEBP.XXX (plugin) "Don't know how to read this picture"
WebP format is very easy to detect.
