Not bug, but still

I notice that 'View / Folder tabs' option is disabled when only one tab is open. This is a good thing, but it's disabled also if you have 'Hide tab bar when only one window is opened' option checked.

Just like I said very minor.

I've seen this on Win98 SE, it's a random bug.
