MP 0.38 Win: Spotlight feature

Once again a big thank you for 'Spotlight' in 0.38.

So far no major issues, except these two below small issues which I thought should be in one topic:

1.) During Spotlight mode: When single left-clicking on areas of picture (random single left clicks) little spec sizes of spotlights are being created leaving untidy unwanted dots of spotlight on the picture. While this is precise and is part of the whole feature, it might be best to find a way to disallow this from happening, at least just for nowadays.

2.) During Spotlight mode: I draw a single Spotlight on a picture, then what I do is I then drag 'n' drop another image file from Win explorer directly onto the same tab as the picture of the Spotlight mode process. New file loads ok as normal but however the Spotlight mode is still active for the previous picture - so if I try to draw spotlight on new picture (silly me, lol) it would just revert to the previous picture Spotlight mode to resume. So what needs to happen here is maybe the same 'Ask' confirmation window to appear to ask user if want to save picture (only if at least 1 spotlight has been created first).

To Reproduce both of the two reports above, just load a picture and click on 'Spotlight' menu item to begin testing.

Thank you.
