MP 0.38 Win: Problem with Theme and Info

Version 0.38 themes the Browser Info panel differently.
Using my custom theme, here is how the Info looked in v 0.35:
Again, using my custom theme, here is how the same Info looks in v 0.38. I have NOT changed the theme.
I believe this is a bug because the Info panel in 0.38 Full Screen mode still looks correct:
Please fix this before the next release!
