Now that there is a menu (and internal command) to Start/Stop animated files in MP 0.38...

I also think they could share the same hotkey. So I propose a default hotkey of Ctrl+Space bar for both the already existing 'Start/stop animation' command and my requested 'Icon snapshot on/off' command. Although hotkeys are customizable and this particular hotkey selection is just a matter of opinion.

This ability is now available in XnViewMP beta 0.38.7
