MP 0.38.3 Win: Bugs with Enhance colors>'Hue'

Hi,
In MP viewer after loading a picture, the Enhance colors>'Hue' :
1.) It's not responding to when I press 'reset' button
2.) If I go less than '0' default then the text is not changing at all and also no apparent Hue change less than the '0' default seems to be occuring.
