Yes, of course! Why not?

I have pictures in one folder (i.e. holiday) and in diverse subfolders (date, targets, etc.). The pictures are too large, to be posted on a website (i.e. for grandmother  ). Actually I have to select all subfolders. It would be nice, to select one folder and click in a checkbox to scan subfolders.

I registered on the forum just to throw in a +1 on this request. XnView Classic did this perfectly in "Batch convert" mode. Both XnConvert and the new XnViewMP builds are missing this, they are less than useful to me in their present state, as I sometimes need to convert huge amounts of files in very deep folder structures. For now, I am making do with XnView Classic, but it's interface is less intuitive compared to XnConvert.

I hope that recursive directory scanning does make it into XnConvert, because otherwise it would be a step back compared to the old XnView batch converter. I do like mostly everything else about XnConvert so far, though. :)
