0.38.10 win: Need to remove "Close other tabs" in this setup

Hi,
below is a very easy fix
..So since the "Close other tabs" by feature is not intended to work with Browser tab... Then when there is single Browser tab and a single Viewer tab opened (as my above screenshot) then as you can see the "Close Other tabs" option should not exist there.
So only "Close tab" should exist in this particular instance
