Add IPTC keywords to multiple files

I have searched the forum and the wiki, but apologies in advance if I have missed this topic -I am new to XnView, so please bear with me...

I would like to add the same keyword(s) to several files at once. If I select the files, and use the Edit IPTC data option, I can get to the keyword tab. There is the option to add a keyword. But there doesn't seem to an "Apply to all selected" option. There is an arrow, so I can go to the next image (at which point I am prompted to confirm if I want to write the change to the file before moving to the next. But then I have to repeat the same steps. That could work out to an awful lot of steps when there are a lot of files to which you'd like to apply the same keyword.

I am sure that I must be missing something, and would appreciate some help!

Thank you :-)

I guess it's just as well I have answered my own question. For anyone else puzzled by how to do this, see: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UhttWmfLcY8. (In case links are disallowed, just search YouTube for XnView IPTC Tutorial. This tutorial was posted by AlwaysAfrican in 2008, but I have followed the instructions and it works for current version, i.e. 1.98.2.)

Given the scarcity of help/instructions for XnView by its producer (which is fair enough - it is free, after all), it's a shame that more experienced users aren't a bit more helpful. Just sayin'...
