re-structure File Folders

Hello
I'm using XnView to keep an overview over my whole photo collection. But now i've got a problem.
When i'm importing pictures from my camera, i try to sort them in Folders with name like "2011_11_09".
But sometimes i forgot to sort or just miss some pictures to move to the correct folder.
Now, is there a feature (in programm, or an add-on) which can sort my pictures based on EXIF data?
It should automatically move pictures in the right folder, or create a folder (YYYY_MM_DD) if not existing.
