0.39: Rating is not re-read after file update

It seems, that once image rating is stored in the CacheDB, it is not updated when the file changes.
Probably the same is true for some other metadata, but I haven't tested that thoroughly.

How to reproduce:
1. Open a directory in XnViewMP.
2. Assign rating to an image using some other tool (I use Digikam).
3. Refresh in XnViewMP.
4. Now "XMP" tab shows the rating, but "Properties" tab shows "Unrated".

If I remove the directory from CacheDB and refresh, the rating is read correctly.

I use XnViewMP Version 0.39 (Sep 5 2011) on Linux (Ubuntu Natty).

It's not easy for this problem...

* user use rating DB only, he change a file in another software, i think here that i must not re-read metadata...
* user use rating from XMP, he change a file in another software, here metadata must be re-readed...

So another option 'import XMP rating' is needed??
What do you think??

Perhaps a more general 'refresh from file data' command would be useful? That would re-read the rating, colour labels and keywords from the file, in case one has updated them from another program, such as Fast File Viewer or Picasa. In the meantime, I have found that closing the program, changing the folder name containing the photos, then re-opening the program seems to force XNViewMP to re-read the file metadata. It is a workaround for now, although it is a bit cumbersome :)

Another useful feature may be the ability to see keywords (list built from file's IPTC data) in a side tab, much like the 'categories', 'favorites' and 'folders' tabs. The keywords could be drag and droppable like the categories, to quickly add certain keywords to the IPTC of the dropped images (as opposed to the xmp).

Just some considerations for the next revision. Thanks again for such a lovely and useful program!
