Crash report not stored permanent

While crashing the dialogue tells me that .
But there is not such a file - only a - 0 byte, crash time
Edit:
There are one DMP and one TXT file in the moment when the crash-dialogues are displayed in XnView, but both are deleted when XnView is closed by crash-dialogue.
