[Fixed in RC7] Disable Status bar in Filmstrip layout

Disabling the status bar in Filmstrip layout is buggy.
With filmstrip on top:
- works OK
With filmstrip on bottom:
- after Ctrl+Shift+S the status bar disappears
- and the stripe with the small tool bar and history list is doubled
- way back works OK
With filmstrip on top:
- works OK
With filmstrip on bottom:
- after Ctrl+Shift+S the status bar disappears
