1. Open XnView in Browser mode
2. Switch to ANY "View As" mode
3. Select multiple files (I used 7 files) and Press Shift+Del -> Yes
4. Crash with Dr Watson log created and XnView is closed.

I didn't stop pressing Shift until the crash message appeared not sure if thats important or not.

Please try again...

1. Open XnView in Browser mode
2. Switch to ANY "View As" mode
3. Select multiple files (I used 7 files) and Press Shift+Del -> Yes (keep pressing "Shift" as you press Enter for Yes)
4. Crash with Dr Watson log created and XnView is closed.

Don't stop pressing Shift until XnView crashes with a error message.
If I stop pressing Shift at the "Are you sure" dialog there is no crash.

This also happens if you use the delete function on the right-click menu with Shift as well.

So far, I've only tested standard JPG's (no EXIF or ITPC)
I converted those JPG's to BMP's and PNG's and the crash still occurs. It might be an OS related bug.

Ok I found the problem and fixed it, please delete this whole thread.
There was a FLC clip in the same folder that was causing the problems all a long!

XnView doesn't handle FLC files well at all. Copy Helmut's FLC sample file (http://www.sfp-online.de/xnview/web/temp/matein5.flc) into a folder with some other files and test for my bug.

I misunderstood, it is still a bug or not?

If this is a duplicate, please let me know, I can move this thread to "Closed/Solved" forum then.

I don't think it's a bug, as long as Pierre can fix the bug in Helmut's post about a FLC bug - http://newsgroup.xnview.com/viewtopic.php?t=2458 this should go away.
