Thanks for the good and free program.

I have a small suggestion. I think this suggestion will be useful to many people who need to systematize their collections of images.

The process of assigning categories to many images is not very user friendly now. User needs to select menu option "View / Set category" for each image or group of images he would like to set category to.

It would be great to be able to assign categories to images using a "categories" panel (near Folders and Favorits) which could be always on screen.
Or to have a separate panel but with the ability to constantly see it on the screen in order to quickly and easily assign categories to a large number of images.
And not to do many clicks for each category assigning as it is implemented now.

Unfortunately this panel is not suitable in case of multiple images selection.
Why not to have tools for categories in same place?

This panel hides when I select multiple images with Ctrl or Shift.
please take a look at screenshots.
