Capture setup, no format adjustment

Hi.
In the capture setup dialog box, If I chose to save as file, there seems to be no way to adjust file output settings.
If I select format=jpg, I cannot do any quality settings from within that dialog box.
There should be an Option button there, just like the one in the Save dialog box.
