Cropping & Hebrew & Win 7: right is left and left is right

Hi 
The bug happen only at XnView using Hebrew
, it works perfectly using English !
At our classes we have Windows 7 SP1 32Bit Hebrew (with all latest updates) the installed XnView is v1.98.6 and also checked same problem exist at 1.98.8 all with language Hebrew by Eitan Gilboa.
What seems to happen is the XnView when set to Hebrew language take the mirrored (by X axis) area and crop it instead of marked area as shown at the attached picture:
a bigger image can be viewed here:
it get stranger when you select a bigger box and then it crop OK:
