REQ: Embedded thumbnails on changed images

When original images are changed, the majority of editors leaves EXIF thumbnail intact. So it would be nice that we have (in context menu) option to rebuild thumbnail from image. And the best solution woud be that, in the first pass only embedded thumbs are taken, and in second with low priority thumbs are rebuilt classically (selectable in options).
