Options dialog:
Toolbar, Folder tabs and Language items should be moved to a new branch "Interface"
Plugin Adobe should be moved to View branch, as plugins are only used in view mode.
Install and Associations should be moved to General branch- I really see no reason why they are separate branches.

Some more ideas for celanup (maybe this topic should be moved to general forum, too much changes?):
General->Remember last..., Use different..., Open one..., Single ESC..., Add 'Exit'... move to Interface
General->Startup->Always on top, Use XP style menus move to Interface
General->Startup->Use all formats available move to General
General->Switching modes relocate to Interface branch
Browser->Launch browser at startup move to General->Startup
Browser->Misc. rename to Browser->Selections
View->Only one view opened move to Interface
