0.39 linux: image adjust window cannot be moved

When try to adjust levels or shadow/highlight of a picture, the popup adjust window cannot be moved to the corner, make it inconvenient to preview.
I'm using ubuntu 11.10 with gnome-shell (gnome3).
The windows version works fine.
