Request: 0.48 - Tabs on 'bottom' display needs changes

HI,
XnViewMP offers the GUI ability to display tabs on the bottom of the interface.
So this is how this feature currently looks like when this enabled in view mode:
.....IMO it does not look nice like this since the menu bar should occupy the previous space of the tab bar and also more importantly opened view Tabs displaying on the bottom should Not display on top of the status bar...
....So this is how I think it should look like (more better):
-Tabs now show below the status bar with an included line to separate status bar and bottom tab bar. I think it should be implemented like this.
