About the Search Feature

It's fantastic to be able to save a search, would be nice to toggle auto load last search.
I didn't get a chance to use the search much, just used it to search by date taken so far so here is the feedback on that.
EXIF:Taken Date, I think the label should be Date Taken
For this criteria there is only is before, is after and is between. I think there should also be is on (If I want to search on 2012-05-16 I have to select is between then enter 2012:05:15 and 2012:05:17).
Using the same folder on the below searches I think I should get the same number of files found but that is not the case.
EXIF:Taken date is between 2011:01:01 and 2011:01:03 - files found 180
EXIF:All fields is any of 2011:01:02 - files found 105
It would be nice if there was also an a way to specify "is not" on a search criteria
It would be nice if the search results highlighted the matching information in the info tabs
I wish the filename/directory would be like the Conditions so more than one could be added with recurse through subfolders on/off for each entry.
I don't understand why all of the fields aren't listed in the search dialog as they are listed in the file listing dialog.
