where is the filter menu?

Ok, sorry for this question, the answer is probably easy 
but despite spending one hour on the software I haven't been able to find the filter menu on XnView MP 0.39 linux version... I used to believed it has been removed from MP, but I noticed the filters were still present in the "batch file" possible action. So does anybody how I can reach it?
