MP .48 crash after crop w/o saving

1. open image in View mode
2. make selection
3. crop
4. close tab without saving
5. crash

It's a Nasty little bug
related to the "save changes" feature of XnViewMP 0.48+, I think this will be fixed soon.
I have confidence that this can be fixed because if you do the same "crop" or any 'picture changed' action on an image and press Next/Prev, user would get the same "Save changes" promt for which if user chooses "No" to saving changes then this crash bug does not occur
let's see what Pierre says about this

Don't know if this helps but I ran MP 4.8 with Wine in Puppy Linux and it didn't crash doing the same routine.
