Request: Temporary 'Stay on top of other windows' on launch

Hi,
With the latest XnView MP 0.48+
Many times on my Windows 7 system I have multiple other program windows open such as file manager's, web browsers, text editors etc.
I do not use 'Stay on top of other windows' feature for these other programs that I use HOWEVER while running XnView MP next to these other applications and I have XnView MP minimized to taskbar or just behind other windows...If I open an image file from Windows Explorer (double-click on file) most often the XnView MP window either does not get maximized to foreground or simply maximized behind other program windows.
The only way that XnView MP's window maximizes on top of other program windows is if when XnView MP was the last used/last minimzed to taskbar app. It's visually annoying (I'm sorry) when XnView MP does this and all this requires is a simple feature fix.
The reason I know it requires a fix is because in the past I worked with another app developer on Windows who implemented a temporary "stay on top of other windows" method which worked and still works well.
So I think this feature could either be implemented into XnView MP by native design (so no user option in 'Settings' or anywhere for it) OR this feature could simply be an Ini Tweak (click here to see topic) btw a 'default' Ini Tweak auto-created in default xnview.ini
