sorting buttons cut by arrow

sorting buttons are great but when one is active it cut by arrow
would be great to make it resizable or same fixed width

one more issue - active sorting mode doesn't indicates in bold (bold got stuck on "Name")
and suggestion - ability to resize them and put in custom order

Indeed,
cleanlooks one. but all the same with any theme, as well as with default one
some more issues
1. last sorting button always too big - it fill all free space, so arrow at the very end
2. "Size" button has wrong alignment

I'm not able to reproduce with Win7 theme

Yes, header use the same alignment as detail view so right here

Closed (Not reproducable with current v0.84). Please post here in case the problem should still occur.
