Enhanced .blp support

I know that XnView supports reading Blizzard's BLP file format, but I've noticed that there are often files (especially newer ones) that it fails to open (with a generic "Error opening file" message).
BLP converters (such as "BLP2PNG") can recognize and convert them, so I assume they're not corrupted and it's just that XNView isn't reading them properly.
In case it helps, I've attached some examples of files that XNView won't open. Unfortunately this board doesn't allow the uploading of .blp files so I had to append an extra ".zip" to the file names. Please remove those before testing as they're not actually zipped.
