DDS with mipmaps and DXT3 or DXT5?

hi, i discovered this great tool looking for a command line linux solution to convert PNG into DDS.
It works, but i found no options to enable MIPMAPS , or select DDS type DXT1, DXT3 or DXT5
Is it possible to select these options ? or by default DDS is created using DXT1
