XnView Software

I've been using XnView for some time now and I like it very much. There is one feature of it though that has been causing me some trouble and I'd like to know if it is possible to disable this function or change it's behaviour.

I regularly drag files around in the folder browser view of XnView to move or copy them to a different folder or to drop them in Photoshop to open and edit them. When I accidentally release the left mouse button to soon when I'm dragging files (while still in the folder browser) XnView automatically copies al files that I had selected.
Since it can be quite a hassle to find all copies unintentionally made this way and delete them, I was wondering if it is possible to disable this drag & copy behaviour or change it so that it only copies files when I drag them with ctrl pressed.

So far I haven't been able to find out if there is a setting for this behaviour somewhere in the option screens.

I think that not only it should be optional, but also disabled by default.
