0.51: Hotkey F2 for renaming

XnView MP 0.51

Not really a bug, more a feature missing in XnView MP:

In XnView Windows and Windows Explorer one is used to rename by pressing F2 (function key). In XnView MP F2 works in the folder structure, but it doesn't work on the file list. Would be good if F2 would be supported, here.

I'm not sure if the key is missing by default, but it was missing in my settings.

After adding F2 key in shortcuts settings and program restart it works good.

I agree, F2 for renaming should be enabled by default.

Thank you for your reply, Dreamer. I'm pretty sure that F2 for renaming missing by default.

As suggested I've just used the dynamic hotkey assignment (Tools > Options > Interface > Hotkeys). Really cool! If only Clo could read and experience this...
