0.51: Border line around image is one pixel off

When using/displaying the frame around the image, the display is one pixel off at the right and one pixel off at the bottom.
To reproduce:
1. Start XnView
2. In Options, View, check the option 'Border line around picture' and choose a colour, e.g. red. Close options dialog
3. In Browser, choose menu "Auto image size > 'Fit image to window, large only'
4. Open an image that is smaller than your browser window.
--> You will see the image with the bordrer line around it. At the left and bottom, the border line is one pixel too large.
