can't convert png-file

Hi,
I'm trying to execute the command below on a PNG-file. NConvert displays that it can't convert the file. I'm converting 1000+ pictures in different formats and all works flawlessly, except for one png-file. Can I send the file for testing?
.....\nconvert.exe -overwrite -out jpeg -o "........\20392-11229-A-901-ws-1_mood.jpg" "...........\20392-11229-A-901-ws-1.png"
