1.51: The "Actions" is not cleared reset after app restart

Hi,
The "Actions" is not getting cleared / reset to none, after a program restart. So for example if I use 'resize' in one program session, complete the conversion and then close the program app to start the app again, when app is started again then my last used "Actions" is still present.
Hmm maybe as a feature this could be kept (remembering last used "Actions") therefore a tickbox setting could be added in the "Settings" control this.

I disabled it and it now works the way I want, thank you!
