Smoother Hold-right-click with Panning (move picture)

Hi,
Ok, I currently enable the "Right button" to 'move picture' in my Settings>Keyboard/Mouse ..It is my favourite pan feature
However during panning a viewed picture with hold right-click, the standard right-click context menu keeps appearing (sometimes) which is annoying.
The standard right-click on image Context menu is only supposed to appear on a single right-click and I feel must not be so sensitive to appear infrequently during and at the end of image Panning (Holding right-click).
I feel this small issue should be addressed.
